Yeah yeah I knew it was coming and I did it to myself... gah just want to hit 135 and be done dang it!!!! Start: 155.4 Today: 138.2 Gain: 0.6 Total: 17.2 Breakfast: coffee with milk and truvia Lunch: Granny smith apple, tomato, 4oz beef Dinner: strawberries, lettuce, 4oz chicken with hot sauce Water: 5x 16oz water Only a 2.6lb difference from last week.. Ugh 135 where are you??
