Chugging along... going to cut out the fruit and see if that kick starts something...
Breakfast : 8oz coffee, 28oz water
Lunch : 28oz water, 4oz smoked chicken, 1 tomatoe
Dinner :28oz water, 1cup celery, 4oz shrimp
Hoping for over a pound tomorrow but we'll see.. not losing hope but down to 15 days to lose 13lbs. Goodnight!
