Not to shabby... 6lbs 3 days. Just have to stay strong for another 20+ days lol

Lose: 1.4
Total: 6.0

Breakfast: coffee with milk and splenda
Lunch: 1 granny smith apple, cucumber, 4oz chicken
Dinner: 4oz shrimp, tomato, cup of strawberries
Water: 5x 16oz water
