I'm happy with it. My bottle of yourhcg dropd have enough for one more dose will take those this morning then switch to the non hormone ones. For the last two days my hips and calves have been in horrible pain. Not sure if they are related or my body just hating me. Guess we will see in a few days.
Breakfast: coffee with milk and truvia
Lunch: 1 granny smith apple, cucumber, 4oz chicken
Dinner: 4oz shrimp, tomato, cup of strawberries
Water: 5x 16oz water
Isn't using your body as a science experiment fun? Day 10 I will remeasure and take another picture (ew!)
