I kind of had a feeling that today wasn't going to be great. My leg was hurting all night and felt really heavy when I got up this morning. So glad for a stall and not a gain. It is Valentines day ... yay... not. I will be celebrating once I am into P3. If my leg doesn't quit hurting soon I will give in and take some tylenol and hope it doesn't mess me up any tomorrow. Oh and girl scout cookies came in today from ordering them months ago.
Breakfast: coffee with milk and truvia
Lunch: granny smith apple, tomato, 4oz beef
Dinner: strawberries, celery, 4oz chicken
Water: 5x 16oz water
Almost lower than i have been in 7 months...
