Kind of shocked I lost today but happy! Ate too much, drank too much... paid for it. So I think the end result helped me have a loss today lol 1.6 more lbs and I quit! Sooo close yet so far away. So ready to eat real food again!

Start: 155.4
Today: 137.6
Lose: 0.6
Total: 17.8

Breakfast: coffee with milk and truvia
Lunch: Granny smith apple, tomato, 4oz shrimp
Dinner: strawberries, lettuce, 4oz chicken with hot sauce
Water: 5x 16oz water

Hopefully tomorrow is kind to me.. Would cry if I lost 1.6lbs tomorrow lol
