Hooray for huge fake loses! I know will gain a good bit of this back tomorrow so going to enjoy my day in the 130's.

Start: 155.4
Today: 139.6
Lose: 2.8
Total: 15.8

Breakfast: coffee with milk and truvia
Lunch: granny smith apple, tomato, 4oz chicken
Dinner: strawberries, aspargus, 4oz shrimp
Water: 5x 16oz water

Guess we will see how bad it is tomorrow.
