Could have been worse. Would have been better if I hadn't drank the wine of course. At least I am still past the 10lb mark! Lost an inch over every part of my body since Monday so that makes me happy! 6 more required days of drops but I honestly can not see stopping before I get in the 130's seeing as my goal was 129.
Breakfast: coffee with milk and truvia
Lunch: granny smith apple, tomato, 4oz beef
Dinner: strawberries, cabbage, 4oz chicken
Water: 5x 16oz water
