yay good job me for totally blowing it!!! Ugh anyways hopefully now that the weekend is over I can get back on track. Have officially decided that when I reach 135lbs I will be done or March 10th but hopefully I reach it well before then. Time to get back to serious business and get this round over with already!
Breakfast: coffee with milk and truvia
Lunch: granny smith apple, cuccumber, 4oz shrimp
Dinner: strawberries, tomato, 4oz beef
Water: 5x 16oz water
stayed on track today and got all my water in. Hopefully tomorrow is back to losing!
