Nice little boost this morning! So happy to have made it to the 10lbs mark! 17 more lbs and I will be happy for this round. My legs are still in a ton of pain so not sure what is going on there, but I am just going to keep pushing forward!
Breakfast: coffee with milk and splenda
Lunch: Strawberries, cabbage with mustard, 4oz chicken
Dinner: 4oz flounder, aspargus, granny smith apple
Water: 5x 16oz water
Hope tomorrow is good!
