Well at least it is a lose right? Not very happy with this round so far but sticking it out. Hopefully it will pick up now that I am getting closer to the third week. I was really hoping to get down to 129lbs but we will see. Technically I could stop the drops in 9 days but I am just going to play it by ear.

Start: 155.4
Today: 146.0
Lose: 0.4
Total: 9.4

Breakfast: coffee with milk and truvia
Lunch: granny smith apple, cucumber, 4oz chicken
Dinner: strawberries, tomato, 4oz shrimp
Water: 5x 16oz water

Please give me a good lose tomorrow!!!
