Ahhhh so happy!!! 4 more lbs and done done done (until June haha). Hopefully this will give me the willpower to not screw up this weekend. Went for a walk with the kids today will see how that works out for me tomorrow.

Start: 155.4
Today: 139.4
Lose: 0.8
Total: 16.0

Breakfast: coffee with milk and truvia
Lunch: granny smith apple, celery, 4oz shrimp
Dinner: strawberries, tomato, 4oz beef
Water: 5x 16oz water
