Boooo :( Oh well my own fault. Mixed some whiskey in my water and lemon on Monday. Bad idea! Keep chugging along. Still only 17.2 lbs to go to goal. 

Start: 155.4
Today: 146.2
Gain: 1.0
Total: 9.2

Breakfast: coffee with milk and truvia
Lunch: granny smith apple, cabbage with mustard, 4oz flounder
Dinner: chili --> Chili recipe , strawberries
Water: 5x 16oz water

Hopefully I can get back to a 10lb lose tomorrow...
