Always lovely to see more than a pound loss! Gives me hope and makes the day go easier. 

Start: 155.4
Today: 143.4
Lose: 1.4
Total: 12.0

Breakfast: coffee with milk and truvia
Lunch: granny smith apple, aspargus, 4oz shrimp
Dinner: strawberries, cucumber, 4oz chicken
Water: 5x 16oz water

Lets hope for some more good losses tomorrow!
