Blah blah blah... that wasn't they way I saw that going. Oh well going to keep on keeping on. Going back to my regular and hoping I am losing inches. Guess we will know Monday. Trying to stay positive!
Breakfast: coffee with milk and truvia
Lunch: granny smith apple, cucumber, 4oz chicken
Dinner: strawberries, tomato, 4oz shrimp
Water: 5x 16oz water
here is to hoping... hopefully I can sleep in tomorrow and burn a few extra ounces lol
