Still a lose so I am happy! Only 1.2-1.6lbs from my goal! Just keep going ... Just keep going.. Now I just have to remind myself all weekend not to screw this up!!!!

Today: 137.0
Total: 18.4

Breakfast: coffee with milk and truvia
Lunch: Granny smith apple, tomato, 4oz beef
Dinner: strawberries, lettuce, 4oz chicken with hot sauce
Water: 5x 16oz water

ugh I hate temptation but trying to hold strong.
