Sooo only 4 hours of sleep and 2 glasses of wine not great for losing. Another .2 gone though. Hopefully I don't gain tomorrow...please?

Breakfast: coffee with milk and truvia
Lunch: Granny smith apple, tomato, 4oz beef
Dinner: strawberries, lettuce, 4oz chicken with hot sauce
Water: 5x 16oz water

So close yet so far away...
